Capella University wanted to revamp its recruitment and retention collateral to better align with its staff and faculty culture. So, we decided to rebrand HR.

Recruitment Collateral
I came up with a new recruitment tag. With a design partner, we created a new lockup that recruiters used on their marketing material and booth designs. This lockup was also used in employee swag during all-company outings. My design partner and I presented our final lockups to faulty chairs and Capella HR stakeholders.

New Value Prop Lockups
I created new value proposition headlines and descriptions. With a design partner, we created new reason-to-believe lockups to get prospects excited about being at the forefront of online education. Lockups were created separately so recruiters can pick and choose what to use based on who they were talking to.
